    HI
    Because of my job I need written instructions for entertaing protocols for guests that are going to visit my organization and so I should regard and observe standards, but I do not know the rules and regulations of how to behave and the manner of acting in those situations .May you please send me a pamphlet in pdf form about the rules and standards? specially about greeting, introductions, seating orders, meetings , entertainments, meals, beverages,cocktails,ending the session, bigining the conversation, saying good bye and other needed protocols in a formal and informal meetings. I would be really grateful and thank you.

    We have a Study Guide for both protocol and etiquette for purchase. You can find them at http://www.ispep.org under Certification. We also have a protocol office rule book for sale.
